4) Break up the drug cartel by breaking up the largest pharma companies into scores of smaller single-product companies. Pfizer, GSK, Merck, Gilead etc should be about 20 smaller firms each. They are not stakeholders. They are companies selling product only and they should have no seat at the table.

Ok, yes, "efficacy of the medicine for the purposes for which it is to be used" may not "have been satisfactorily established" if that use was prevention of transmission.
But more widely, it wasn't just 'government' but also many people including those in the media, and employers, and even medical practitioners, in many organisations who 'by any means' advertised the use of these injections for the use of preventing transmission. If we tackle the least powerful first, they can counter sue those above them who enforced the injections ...

this removes the incentive to rush things through. We won't get as much innovation but we will still get that from dedicated people who want to help humanity for a normal wage. We don't need the super profits of royalties for 25 years - what we need is safety.
2) insert "vaccine status" into the anti-discrimination legislation making it illegal to discriminate against the unvaxxed
3) remove product liability protection from Big Pharma. The courts WILL be able to do the rest as people sue them for their shonky products.
So we really just need to change those 3 things. These changes would punish the guilty, remove the perverse incentives and compensate the afflicted.
I don't want to see the whole of Australia's judicial and parliamentary system thrown in the bin. That would be a disaster.
Hopefully a group of greedy, unscrupulous lawyers smell the potential for the largest class action in history, and act accordingly.

To find the worst perpetrators look no further than those profiting from the mRNA patents. The royalty holders. Those who bought into Moderna through venture capital firms to hide their names before covid even broke out. They are the primary culprits.
Then down from that are the people at the tops of organisations here such as Cepi and Australia's health bureaucracy that facilitated this, and of course the Big Pharma cartel - it's the large pharma corporations that need to be broken up into 100s of smaller companies. Ok, yes, "efficacy of the medicine for the purposes for which it is to be used" may not "have been satisfactorily established" if that use was prevention of transmission.
But more widely, it wasn't just 'government' but also many people including those in the media, and employers, and even medical practitioners, in many organisations who 'by any means' advertised the use of these injections for the use of preventing transmission. If we tackle the least powerful first, they can counter sue those above them who enforced the injections ...
