Thanks for the article. The full text had a whole section on identifying IgG4 presence/relative concentration associated with cancer. What isn't clear to me yet is the question of whether IgG4 raised specifically against spike protein antigens could have a general promotional effect of cancer. It talked of, for example, melanoma cells producing high levels of "tumour specific" IgG4 that perhaps told the immune system "yeah, not to worry, nothing to see here" allowing the melanoma to stave off attack. I haven't read it that deeply yet.
I'd been understanding post-vax myocarditis as the Natural Killer self destruction of heart cells transfected by lipid nanoparticles, with young, body building males with high-capillaried deltoid muscles increasing the risk of injectate travelling to the heart, or perhaps through the lymph system. I don't know if 'autoimmune' only refers to this, or in a different sense. There was a terrible possible outcome, where, on identifying human cells with spike proteins popping out of their surface, as though they are themselves a virus, the human immune system may mistakenly recognise natural features of the cell as part of the new enemy, and develop a novel autoimmune response against healthy cells. Your last point on autoimmune problems attacking own cells sounds logical and seemed to me exactly why mRNA was a crazy idea to begin with. When i first heard of it using your own cells to make the antigen, I immediately thought that is asking for autoimmune issues.
Insane, right? I also know that genetic inventions are messes and we've got evidence already of an additional frame-shifted protein, with people developing antibodies against it. What if there's homology with other human proteins, and their new antibodies attack them? So much basic testing they never did. It's criminal.
Early on I was sure I found studies talking about CD8+ T-cell depletion post-vax, and then they seemed to disappear. I went back and spent some hours - couldn't find them. After a while the only studies I found were on post vax CD8+ depletion in people living with HIV.
On the other hand there's heaps and heaps of studies on CD8+ depletion in severe covid - in the early days it almost became used as a diagnostic marker for severe covid, as opposed to other possible causes for illness. I pursued it for a while - there can be CD8+ depletion in influenza for example, but I recall Igor Chudov promoting a study that said the spike protein can destroy CD8+ T-celsl - I think it came from (batwoman) in China.

My first order guess is that a worldwide change in the epidemiology of cancers and other conditions following a pandemic of a novel virus is caused by the virus.

Thus, I'm called to say that, if you want to argue that the virus itself caused an increase in cancer, you would have to argue against the plethora of very eager research wanting to show that SARS-CoV-2 is an oncolytic virus (kills cancers) as discussed here.
In Australia we had the vaccines long before we had the virus, and the cause of death data shows a fairly clear turning point in deaths attributed to cancer (although a solid portion may have been unacknowledged vaccine deaths).

We had statistically irrelevant covid prior to the introduction of the vaccines - we counted almost all of the cases, once testing ramped up, and very few deaths, largely confined to aged care facilities. So when one examines deaths to cancer, with a clear turning point beginning with the vaccine rollout, at a time where Australia had been in a prolonged covid zero (except for minor incursions held at the border), we're either looking at cancer deaths promoted by the vaccines (perhaps immune shock, if not rapid cancer growth), or we're looking at misattributed vaccine deaths to an underlying condition.

But the mRNA technology embedded in a widely bioavailable lipid nanoparticle envelope that carries its genetic payload into billions of cells in all organs - and the mRNA modified by pseudouridine to be long lasting - many months as reported in peer-reviewed research - means spike protein is made in cells in all organs in (depending on batch variability & quality of the vial) prolonged fashion & large amounts - in other words these are not ‘vaccines’ like any previous - they are a synthetic virus technology.
Worse - pseudouridine causes frame shifting when read by the ribosomes- producing nonsense proteins.
Even worse - the mass manufacturing technique for the modified mRNA involved using E Coli plasmid DNA & contamination with this DNA in abnormally dangerous amounts has been found in Pfizer & Moderna vials. With the LNP taking this DNA contamination through nucleus membranes integration into our human DNA is possible leading to production in such cells of abnormal proteins with oncogenic potential.
Worse -SV40 contamination is also found in the vials. This is a known cancer promoting gene sequence.
Sure SARS-CoV-2 and particularly its spike protein causes pathology. But this so called ‘vaccine’ gene technology does the same - & in unlucky people who got worse vials - far more pathogenic than a case of Covid fought off in the upper airways.

All the Health Department needs to do, is to publish the raw all-cause-mortality figures stratified by age and gene-vaccine status, for every year from 2020 on.

I'm in conflict with my local GP practice, which I have just learned is part of a larger consortium of Private Health providers. Since 2021, I have frequently sent evidence of Vax harms, excess Deaths, Unsafe and ineffective injections called VACCINES, etc,. They have now decided I must be reigned in from spreading the truth. They suggest that my 'opinions and beliefs' are unwanted and unhelpful in their quest in providing care in their patients best interests.

When the Ukraine debacle kicked off a guy came up to me and said "you've got to move on - Covid and Vax are yesterdays issues". I realised the calibre of twats we are dealing with.
I still wear my controversial tee-shirts even in hospital appointments, (and when undergoing 2 recent medical operations), dentist visits and general shopping trips. I have been in remission for a rare sarcoma (PEComa) for years now and have not been vaccinated. I was worried it would mess up my immune system again. I have had COVID twice and recovered slowly, but fully.

That said, many risk-associations have been made between the spike protein and pro-cancer-related mechanisms, so any tolerance of spike protein/covid could increase the duration over which cells could be adversely influenced. You would need to ask Professor Dalglaish I think. He referred to a process of T-cell exhaustion in addition to the IgG4 problem

My first order guess is that a worldwide change in the epidemiology of cancers and other conditions following a pandemic of a novel virus is caused by the virus.

In Australia we had the vaccines long before we had the virus, and the cause of death data shows a fairly clear turning point in deaths attributed to cancer (although a solid portion may have been unacknowledged vaccine deaths).
I suspect the vaccines are not good, at least in the fact that the initial round (at least, before specific immunity) drew off the Natural Killer cells, perhaps letting some cancers get away.

We had statistically irrelevant covid prior to the introduction of the vaccines - we counted almost all of the cases, once testing ramped up, and very few deaths, largely confined to aged care facilities. So when one examines deaths to cancer, with a clear turning point beginning with the vaccine rollout, at a time where Australia had been in a prolonged covid zero (except for minor incursions held at the border), we're either looking at cancer deaths promoted by the vaccines (perhaps immune shock, if not rapid cancer growth), or we're looking at misattributed vaccine deaths to an underlying condition.
On working out separate cause and effect of vaccine vs virus, one can get a fairly clear answer from the Cause of Death statistics, because various causes have different patterns - some accelerated with the vaccines in 2021 (eg hypertension and atrial fibrillation), others with the virus in 2022, underpinned by vaccine effects. Th systematic reviews/meta analyses support this. It would be good to have the actual vaccine-matched cause of death data, but Health doesn't seem to want to hand it out, and not-so-strangely they aren't reporting on it.
The HIV-identical (apparent) insertions at the binding tips of the sars-cov-2 viral spike proteins are not a good sign for long term immune health for people who've had covid. Likewise the vaccine-generated spike proteins seem to hit T cell populations.
On the microRNA, specifically MIR168, I learnt in 2012 that we may be what we eat, via "Exogenous plant MIR168a specifically targets mammalian LDLRAP1: evidence of cross-kingdom regulation by microRNA". It now has 1,366 citations and I'm not sure where that original finding has come to, but one must question the impact of the genetic engineering of food, with the same inadequate regulation as that of pharmaceuticals.

Worse -SV40 contamination is also found in the vials. This is a known cancer promoting gene sequence.

The pre-2020 notion that a new method of rapid vaccine development was become available using single strands of RNA coding for a chosen antigen was brilliant, and plausible and FLAWED.

I cannot detect the data which would specifically differentiate between the cancers produced by fragments of the spike protein mRNA from the vaccines and the fragments of the spike protein mRNA from the virus and the fragments of the all the other RNA from both the actual infection and the contaminated vaccines.

Everyone is guessing. The mode of production of malignancy is also being ignored; there is no reason to believe there is a single causal pathway here and it is being forgotten that cancer is not a single disease. Each cancer is its own kind as from different tissues and organs with very different properties.

I'm in conflict with my local GP practice, which I have just learned is part of a larger consortium of Private Health providers. Since 2021, I have frequently sent evidence of Vax harms, excess Deaths, Unsafe and ineffective injections called VACCINES, etc,. They have now decided I must be reigned in from spreading the truth. They suggest that my 'opinions and beliefs' are unwanted and unhelpful in their quest in providing care in their patients best interests.
I've told them that I am NOT sending my 'OPINIONS and BELIEFS' but factual evidence of what has been apparent since the release of a man-modified disease in late 2019 and the dangerous 'cure' (Vax) that was knocked up in a few short weeks.

But if I may suggest - if they told you they don’t want to listen then it will not help to keep telling them. It will only drive them away. Don’t send them any more, better to try something different like organising a stand in the park for example. Even if it is just you for a while perhaps set up a picnic table on a regular saturday or sunday morning and engage with any who will listen
Building a community takes time and is slow but will get you further than trying to convince that GP practise who are not wanting to hear

When the Ukraine debacle kicked off a guy came up to me and said "you've got to move on - Covid and Vax are yesterdays issues". I realised the calibre of twats we are dealing with.
I still wear my controversial tee-shirts even in hospital appointments, (and when undergoing 2 recent medical operations), dentist visits and general shopping trips. I feel good getting the messages out there. I'm sure many are pleased to see their suspicions are held by others. One older lady came up to me in a supermarket and said "Thank you" 3 times. She had a tear in her eye but didn't want to chat. I wonder whether she lost someone dear to her following the DEATH SHOT!

Bizarrely, the 'warning letter' came from the Private Health organisation to whom I was referred to by the NHS for my two recent operations. The sender of the warning is based at the local PRIVATE hospital where both ops took place. I've got a physio appointment there in a few days, so will ask if the 'sender' is available for a chat!
I'm sure they don't even realise I'm currently under their 'Private Health' treatment as an NHS sponsored patient. The 'sender' is in 'Admin'. Wierd eh? I'll report the events after my next hospital physio visit.

I've told them I'm prepared to send just ONE email per week to a specified email address, as long as I receive a meaningful response suggesting they've read the email. They failed to respond, so I've sent last weeks email with another series of 'FACTS', along with evidence and details of each contributor's qualifications. (Doctors, Professors, etc). So the ball is in their court. I won't STOP because someone pretends their not interested in learning how the public is being harmed. Ooffff I am not sure if I understood all you shared here. It’s a lot of information to digest. I will reread it. I have been in remission for a rare sarcoma (PEComa) for years now and have not been vaccinated. I was worried it would mess up my immune system again. I have had COVID twice and recovered slowly, but fully.
